Full-time Loan Origination Officer I – Main Office (Opportunity Number: 100)

Must be available to work: Monday through Friday 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM and the required Saturdays We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and friendly professional who is detail oriented with previous lending or mortgage experience to service member’s financial needs in regard to the credit union’s consumer, mortgage, and business loans. The Loan Origination Officer will interview loan applicants to obtain personal and financial information to recommend appropriate products and services to members. This position will review loan applications, closing documents, and perform loan closings. Occasionally, this position will provide support to the underwriting department by conducting credit analysis, underwriting, and approving loans using established processes and policy. The Loan Origination Officer will support ECCU’s focus on member service and sales by educating members on the products and services through effective cross-selling techniques and will provide members with an extraordinary experience in accordance with the credit union’s core values.
